A key member of the Milwaukee Bucks organization since 2018, Pat Connaughton joined Copper Truss to help support the Company’s growth including sourcing new investment opportunities, enhancing value of portfolio companies, and identifying strategic relationship opportunities.

Pat co-founded Three Leaf Partners in 2021. Based in Milwaukee, the mission-driven real estate development and investment company specializes in real estate investment opportunities across multi-family development, senior living development, hospitality, and industrial acquisitions.

Prior to co-founding Three Leaf Partners and partnering with Copper Truss, Pat started the Pat Connaughton Foundation in 2016 to make athletics more accessible for the next generation of student-athletes. Following its three mission pillars – clinics, courts, and character, the Pat Connaughton Foundation has hosted 27 clinics, completed 7 courts with 10 under way, and impacted over 22,000 young student-athletes.

Pat received his B.B.A. in Management Consulting from University of Notre Dame.
