Leveraging over two decades of industry experience, Matt Burow serves on the investment committee for Copper Truss and helps advise strategic value creation initiatives for portfolio companies as well as source new investment opportunities.

Matt is the co-founder of Three Leaf Partners. Prior to co-founding Three Leaf Partners and partnering with Copper Truss, Matt founded Catalyst Construction, a construction management and general contracting company, in 2004. With Matt as CEO and Chairman, Catalyst Construction has spearheaded a range of commercial and institutional projects, including: education, healthcare, religious facilities, and corporate buildings.

In addition to his leadership roles at Copper Truss, Catalyst Construction, and Three Leaf Partners, Matt is committed to philanthropic and nonprofit work within southeastern Wisconsin. He serves on the boards of several organizations, including: Journeys Lutheran School, WLCFS-Christian Family Solutions, The Lutheran Home Association, Wisconsin Lutheran High School, Wisconsin Lutheran College, Concordia University-Wisconsin, and the Milwaukee Rescue Mission. He also contributes as a Regent and Construction Mentor at the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Matt received his B.S. in Construction Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
